Working in the industry for 8 or 9 years, I thought I’ve seen it all—but no, I was wrong. I have yet to experience new things and learn, and everyday has been an opportunity to learn something new. Although every once in a while, something comes up that will remind me of how to enjoy the journey and take a step back from being too serious in life.
Here are some photos of my team labeling food—they’re hilarious, and I don’t mean to degrade or humiliate them. I just want my readers to appreciate how the human mind can and will adapt to whatever situation you are in. For this instance, since my kitchen team are not english-speakers, they try to adjust in order to fulfill the task on hand. They are really special, hard-working folks.
